Operational coverage extended across the whole business, consolidating functions that had been handled across many systems into a single Construction ERP platform to improve visibility and accountability. Avant Homes is piloting COINS mGRN, a mobile goods received note solution available on iOS, Windows 8 and Android, which connects directly to the COINS Procurement module to support mobile procurement and site receiving processes. Governance and process change focused on driving standardized business processes and centralized reporting under Group IT leadership, with explicit goals of faster decision making and improved forecasting. COINS was selected and deployed because it is described as comprehensive, scalable and easily extended to support growth and business change, supporting core business functions including finance, procurement, payroll, house sales and potential future HR adoption.
