In 2022, AXA deployed Phenom Talent Marketplace as part of its global HR and talent acquisition modernization, implementing a Candidate Relationship Management approach to unify talent experiences across its multi-country workforce. The deployment targeted a phased global rollout with a noted EMEA focus and aimed to boost internal mobility and external candidate conversion.
AXA implemented Phenom Talent Marketplace together with Phenom CRM to centralize candidate relationship workflows and internal mobility orchestration. Configuration emphasized talent marketplace matching, candidate engagement and streamlined apply flows, with applied AI used to improve discovery and recommendations across career site and internal talent pools.
The implementation covered HR and talent acquisition functions across multiple countries, aligning internal mobility programs with external hiring pipelines. Operational scope included centralized candidate engagement, profile based matching and unified apply experiences to reduce friction in apply workflows.
AXA executed a phased rollout and reported concrete outcomes during the deployment, with time to apply reduced by approximately 50 percent, 13 times more apply clicks and 11 times more internal and external applications. Governance emphasis focused on unifying talent experience and accelerating mobility through shared CRM and marketplace workflows.
