In 2008 Keoghs began using its in-house Keoghs Tracker Case Management system to manage AXA UK insurance claims and litigation, establishing a persistent operational link between Keoghs legal teams and AXA UK's claims function. The deployment positioned Keoghs Tracker as the central case record for matter intake, litigation tracking, and cost recovery workflows supporting insurer-related matters.
Keoghs Tracker implementation included standard Case Management capabilities such as matter intake and registration, document management and version control, configurable workflow for litigation stages, task assignment and calendaring for court events, and audit trails for fee earners and case handlers. The system was configured to support cost recovery processing and defence case progression, aligning case lifecycle stages with legal service delivery for insurer clients.
Operationally the Keoghs Tracker environment was used by Keoghs legal operations across the United Kingdom to coordinate work on AXA UK matters, supporting end to end claims handling from instruction through to litigation and costs resolution. The application enabled closer operational alignment between Keoghs lawyers, claims handlers, and cost specialists, centralizing case data and correspondence for cross‑team access.
Governance was embedded in Keoghs' service delivery model, with standardized workflows and case ownership rules applied to AXA UK matters to ensure consistent handling and evidentiary record keeping. Keoghs has acted for AXA on UK insurance claims and litigation, delivering defence and cost recovery outcomes, and it is inferred that Keoghs Tracker was the operational case management platform used to manage those AXA-related matters.
