Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2016 2017
In 2016 AXA UK deployed Microsoft Dynamics NAV as an ERP Financial platform to support accounting and capital reporting for its Architas asset management entity and related UK finance operations. Microsoft Dynamics NAV was positioned to handle core financial workflows used by the finance team, with explicit emphasis on invoicing controls and management information required by Architas Manco and the AMMEL Board. The Microsoft Dynamics NAV implementation covered standard ERP Financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and invoicing, bank account and balance sheet reconciliation workflows, VAT return processing, and management reporting and forecasting capabilities. Configuration work focused on transactional posting rules, GL structure aligned to statutory reporting for the Irish subsidiary, and traceability for transfer pricing documentation used to demonstrate arm's length arrangements across Architas entities. Operational coverage extended across AXA UK finance users based in Greater London and the Architas Irish subsidiary operations, with the country finance manager responsible for monthly forecasting, strategic planning inputs, and oversight of statutory accounts produced by external providers. Microsoft Dynamics NAV served as the system of record for reconciling invoices and budgets, supporting monthly MI cycles and feeding the capital management and ICAAP financial element prepared for regulatory reporting. Governance changes tied to the rollout included clarified ownership of accounting processes, a targeted Accounts Payable project to standardize expense processing and controls, documented balance sheet reconciliation procedures, and defined reporting responsibilities to AMMEL Board and Architas management. AXA UK Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP Financial implementation aligned system configuration with finance function workflows, regulatory reporting responsibilities, and cross-border transfer pricing documentation required for the Architas asset management group.

Oracle Legacy Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits Benefits Administration HCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, AXA UK implemented Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits as a core element of its Benefits Administration deployments within a broader Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM program. The implementation was executed under a formal group PMO structure with program leadership spanning June 2015 to December 2016 and continued into 2017 under a country program manager role for AXA UK, aligning country delivery to a global deployment roadmap. The deployment covered Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits alongside a broader HCM suite including Work Force Administration, TALEO applicant tracking, Performance and Talent management, Compensation including comp and benefits configurations, Learning and Development modules, and analytics and strategic workforce planning pilots. Configuration work focused on Layer 4 HR process definition, employee self-service and manager self-service portals, and the new Target Operating Model for HR service delivery by country. Architecture and integrations included platform as a service components, a central integration layer and core model builds to orchestrate data flows across HR systems, a group HR portal for ESS and MSS, and pilots integrating BI and strategic workforce planning capabilities. The program also managed payroll upgrade and outsourcing procurement activities and contingent labour sourcing via vendor management system programs, while maintaining oversight of data privacy and security standards across countries. Governance was delivered through a dedicated group PMO defining global governance, reporting and risk management, and by engaging Global Process Owners and SME groups through challenger sessions to implement new global Layer 4 HR process maps affecting more than 165,000 employees across the group. The program involved matrix management of implementers including Deloitte, KPMG, Infosys and AXA technology teams, produced a change toolkit for rollout, supported HR shared services and centres of expertise setup, achieved reported group savings in excess of €8M, and included responsibility for recovery of the AXA UK Oracle HCM Cloud program.

Keoghs Legacy Keoghs Tracker Case Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2008 2008
In 2008 Keoghs began using its in-house Keoghs Tracker Case Management system to manage AXA UK insurance claims and litigation, establishing a persistent operational link between Keoghs legal teams and AXA UK's claims function. The deployment positioned Keoghs Tracker as the central case record for matter intake, litigation tracking, and cost recovery workflows supporting insurer-related matters. Keoghs Tracker implementation included standard Case Management capabilities such as matter intake and registration, document management and version control, configurable workflow for litigation stages, task assignment and calendaring for court events, and audit trails for fee earners and case handlers. The system was configured to support cost recovery processing and defence case progression, aligning case lifecycle stages with legal service delivery for insurer clients. Operationally the Keoghs Tracker environment was used by Keoghs legal operations across the United Kingdom to coordinate work on AXA UK matters, supporting end to end claims handling from instruction through to litigation and costs resolution. The application enabled closer operational alignment between Keoghs lawyers, claims handlers, and cost specialists, centralizing case data and correspondence for cross‑team access. Governance was embedded in Keoghs' service delivery model, with standardized workflows and case ownership rules applied to AXA UK matters to ensure consistent handling and evidentiary record keeping. Keoghs has acted for AXA on UK insurance claims and litigation, delivering defence and cost recovery outcomes, and it is inferred that Keoghs Tracker was the operational case management platform used to manage those AXA-related matters.
