In 2020, Banco Santander Puerto Rico implemented ICE Mortgage Black Knight Actionable Intelligence Platform as an enterprise Analytics and BI capability to consolidate mortgage servicing data and deliver unified business intelligence. The deployment accompanied a multi-year servicing agreement extension and targeted support for expanded servicing operations and compliance monitoring across the banks mortgage portfolio.
The ICE Mortgage Black Knight Actionable Intelligence Platform was provisioned as a unified data delivery framework, combining extensive property and loan data assets, a patented big data ecosystem and enterprise BI capabilities to support analytics, reporting and automated valuation feeds. Functional capabilities implemented include mortgage performance analytics, portfolio reporting and data normalization layers that surface borrower, loan and property attributes for servicing, investor reporting and regulatory compliance use cases.
Integrations were implemented with the banks servicing stack, including Black Knight MSP and the Servicing Digital customer engagement layer, and with Black Knights property records database, automated valuation models and the McDash mortgage performance dataset. Operational coverage included first mortgage servicing with supportable extension to home equity products, loss mitigation workflows, bankruptcy and foreclosure processing, and invoicing, enabling both back office servicing teams and customer-facing mobile self-service channels.
Governance and rollout centered on aligning servicing operations and default management with the new analytics platform, standardizing data feeds from MSP into the Actionable Intelligence Platform and enabling Servicing Digital to consume analytics for customer engagement. The platform was positioned to support compliance efforts, provide customers mobile payment and account visibility, and to drive improved decision-making through integrated mortgage performance intelligence as stated in the implementation announcement.
