In 2017 Bank Central Asia implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 in the ERP Financial category to support centralized backoffice accounting for logistic and building assets. The rollout centered on an internal intranet application named Enterprise Backoffice Integration EBI, with development, user experience, and data flow managed from April 2017 until May 2018.
The implementation focused on the SAP FICO module within SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and configured EBI as an integration and orchestration layer for order, stock, payment, and accounting workflows related to the bank’s physical assets. Functional configuration emphasized financial posting and accounting automation for asset-related transactions while EBI handled UX, transaction routing, and data validation before persistence to the ERP Financial system.
EBI operated as an intranet middleware connecting operational logistics processes to the SAP FICO ledger, enabling synchronized order entry, inventory updates, payment instructions, and accounting entries across bank sites. Operational scope included Logistics and Building Automation staff and the bank’s asset management functions nationwide, with governance driven by in-house development ownership and iterative UX and data flow refinement during the April 2017 to May 2018 engagement.

In 2019, Bank Central Asia implemented Kalibrr ATS as an Applicant Tracking System and exposed it on the corporate careers site to centralize external hiring traffic. The deployment positioned Kalibrr ATS to capture candidate applications directly from Bank Central Asia website job postings, establishing a single intake point for talent acquisition workflows across the organization.
The implementation focused on standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including job requisition publishing, application capture, applicant screening and shortlisting, resume parsing and structured candidate profiles, and interview scheduling workflows. Kalibrr ATS was configured to support recruiter queues and hiring manager review boards, enabling staged progression of candidates through screening, assessment, and interview steps.
Operational coverage centered on recruitment and human resources functions within Bank Central Asia, routing web-sourced candidates into the ATS for ATS-driven tracking and status updates. The system integration surface was primarily the company careers page, where Kalibrr ATS hosted or embedded job listings and collected applicant data for downstream HR processing.
Governance of the implementation emphasized standardized hiring workflows, role-based access for recruiters and hiring managers, and configurable process controls for vacancy approval and candidate movement. Kalibrr ATS served as the application-level system of record for external hires, supporting auditability and consistent operational practices across Bank Central Asia recruitment teams.

In 2018, Bank Central Asia implemented Microsoft Power BI to centralize learning and HR analytics. The Microsoft Power BI deployment is classified in the Analytics and BI category and targeted reporting, dashboarding, and visualization for the BCA Learning Institute and enterprise Learning and Development functions.
The implementation included development of data models, published dashboards, and automated report publishing workflows using Microsoft Power BI. Engineers and analysts compiled and provisioned a SAP HR database structure for reporting needs, and Power BI datasets were configured to consume outputs from RStudio and RapidMiner workflows used in talent assessment and trainer development projects.
Integrations explicitly included SAP HR as the primary HR data source and SAP SuccessFactors for the LMS dataset used in learning management reporting. Power BI dashboards and reports were used alongside Qlik Sense as complementary visualization platforms, and a Talent Assessment reporting system was produced using RStudio and Microsoft Power BI in 2022.
Governance work centered on standardizing the SAP HR reporting structure and establishing a catalog of learning activity dashboards for operational units and HR stakeholders. Rollout was centered on the BCA Learning Institute and L&D teams, with ongoing dashboard reporting using Microsoft Power BI from 2019 onward to support learning recommendation, trainer development, and talent assessment reporting workflows.
