Day to day operations included processing customer bags in receipt order, rolling and bundling coin, preparing daily paperwork, and generating records and reports inside the Fiserv Signature Bank Platform environment.
The platform operated alongside branch services and the Central Proof Department, with explicit integration points to Patriot Officer System for change fund requests and for routing suspicious depositor activity to compliance officers. Operational coverage focused on the Cash Processing Center and its interactions with armored courier receipt workflows and branch night depository services.
Governance and operational controls were formalized through documented daily procedures, consolidation and handoff processes to Central Proof, and recurring training, including monthly BVS courses. Workflows emphasized reconciliation and custodial controls, with staff responsibilities for balancing cash boxes and ensuring the CBS reflected accurate balances.
