Exela managed customer relationships, coordinated internal resources and third parties, and provided product training and technical troubleshooting as part of the rollout for Bank of Oklahoma. Governance activities included defining and managing project scope, objectives, stakeholders, timeline, risk and business requirements, escalating issues to senior management as needed, and maintaining project plans to monitor progress. The implementation centered on accounts receivable and remittance processing functions, with Exela Lockbox installed to support those business functions within the bank.
