In 2003, Bankmed Lebanon implemented Innova Payflex Loyalty to establish and operate its customer loyalty programme. The deployment used Innova Payflex Loyalty as the core platform for a Customer Loyalty implementation focused on POS based rewards and the onboarding of new retail partners across Lebanon.
The implementation captured purchase events at point of sale to enable rewards accrual and redemption workflows, and supported partner retail connectivity for merchant level offers. Operational scope centered on customer engagement within the bank's retail banking and payments functions, with program configuration, reward rule management, partner onboarding and finance settlement processes coordinated through the bank's loyalty operations. The finance and customer-loyalty deployment is described on Innova's success story page and was delivered in 2003 with Payflex Loyalty as the core platform.

In 2018, Bankmed Lebanon implemented Oracle Wealth Management as part of a large core-banking transformation built on Oracle FLEXCUBE. The program formally ran for 25 months from July 2018 to July 2020 and entered production on August 3, 2020.
The implementation included the FCPB Wealth Private Banking module within the Oracle FLEXCUBE portfolio, and it configured Asset and Wealth Management capabilities to support private banking workflows. Functional workstreams focused on wealth account servicing, portfolio and client servicing workflows, product configuration and automation of back office processing consistent with Asset and Wealth Management practices.
The deployment was executed across retail, corporate and private banking operations in Lebanon and extended to digital channels and front to back operational flows. Oracle Wealth Management was implemented as an integrated component of the bankwide core program, aligning private banking processes with the broader retail and corporate banking platforms.
Program governance followed a structured 25-month rollout, coordinating configuration, testing and go-live cutover activities across business and operations teams. The rollout delivered faster time to market for products and dramatically reduced end of day processing times, reflecting the stated operational outcomes of the transformation.
