Integrations documented in operational notes included payer connectivity and eligibility checks through Availity, interfacing with Trizetto tools, and linkage to the organization EMR system for demographic and encounter synchronization. The implementation covered front desk, scheduling and billing touchpoints, enabling reception responsibilities such as scheduling for multiple providers, collections of copayments and posting of payments to patient accounts using the Cognizant TriZetto Facets platform.
Governance and process restructuring centralized verification, scheduling and billing steps within Facets driven workflows, standardizing end of day batch reconciliation and charge posting across the Tampa site.
