The implementation acknowledged interfaces with operating room supply data sources such as Surginet and Par-cart for supply data association, and it coordinated with Revenue Integrity and inventory control functions to ensure charge and costing alignment. Governance and operational rollout were centered on collaboration between the system administrator, senior financial analysts, supply chain management, and department stakeholders, with responsibilities for security access management, upgrade testing, and troubleshooting delegated to the system administration team. Process documentation, training updates, and creation of reporting tools were part of the governance activities to embed OnBase for AP into existing procurement and finance workflows.
