Configuration and ongoing support were driven by an internal techno functional team, including personnel who served as an Infor LN Techno Functional Consultant and later as Head of IT. Operational coverage included plant level manufacturing, procurement, inventory and finance departments, with the application serving both shop floor transaction capture and back office processing. Governance was anchored in the IT organization with the techno functional lead responsible for configuration management, role based access and release stabilization. Rollout followed a phased operational approach with internal ownership of post go live support and continuous configuration maintenance using Infor LN functional and technical controls.
