The role facilitated migration from current systems to a unified HRIS by executing data cleaning, data fixes, configuration checks and validation steps to ensure data consistency. Governance and operationalization included requirements gathering, testing, quality assurance and scheduling of management- and organizational-level reports, enforcing security controls and maintaining data integrity within Oracle Cloud HCM. Ongoing on-site stewardship preserved optimal system function and supported Core HR workflows across the organization.

The solution supported Kanban aligned replenishment and close coordination between warehouse staff and supply chain planners, and it was used to capture transactional evidence required for GMP compliant warehouse operations. Governance and process changes focused on formalizing standard operating procedures, site level 6S practices and cycle count discipline, and on aligning system workflows with site responsibilities such as forklift certification, hazardous material cage control and SOP ownership. The implementation positioned QAD Adaptive ERP as the operational backbone for warehouse control, transactional reporting and compliance workflows at the Irwindale site.
