Integrations were managed by the Lead Workday Analyst working with internal IT and third party vendors to maintain existing integrations and implement new integrations, ensuring end-to-end data flows between Core HCM, Payroll, and downstream compensation, recruiting, learning, and talent management modules. Operational scope covered HR operations, managers, HRIS support teams, and the Compliance Team to align absence processes with applicable data protection requirements. Process documentation and audience-specific training were created for HR, managers, and support teams to support rollout and ongoing use.
Governance encompassed release management, configuration governance, change control, and issue resolution workflows, with the Lead Workday Analyst driving testing, optimization, and troubleshooting for future Workday releases. The implementation embedded Absence and Leave Management workflows into standard HR processes, sustaining system accuracy through continuous configuration management and operational oversight.
