The rollout migrated Bluescope from SAP R/3 to SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and implemented functional modules including SD, PP, MM, WMS and CRM as part of the core ECC6 configuration. Configuration work focused on finance-ledger alignment and standard ECC6 transactional processing, with module-level configuration to support sales order to cash, procure to pay and production planning workflows.
Operationally, the implementation was managed by Bluescope Applications Teams who were accountable for ongoing support across the application estate, and the ECC6 deployment was governed alongside other enterprise applications. The Applications Teams supported Salesforce, Concur, Blackline, SuccessFactors, Spinifex, Inteflow, Movex, SBO and Lyves, maintaining SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as the core ERP Financial backbone for finance, supply chain and sales operations within the organization.
