In 2014 BonusLink implemented Orisoft HCM from Orisoft Technology Berhad, deploying Orisoft HCM as its Core HR platform to centralize HR and workforce administration for the Malaysia-based organization. The project was positioned to establish a single source of employee data and formalize HR processes across the company's human resources function.
The implementation configured Core HR capabilities typical of the category, including employee master data management, leave and attendance controls, position and organizational structure management, benefits and entitlement setup, role based access controls, and standard HR reporting. Orisoft HCM was configured to support HR transactional workflows and personnel lifecycle activities, with emphasis on data governance and standardized record keeping.
Operational coverage focused on HR and payroll adjacent administration for BonusLink’s Malaysia operations, concentrating on personnel records, absence management, and organizational reporting. The deployment was sized to the company profile and integrated into existing operational routines without introducing named third party integrations in the record.
Project governance included hands on mentoring and knowledge transfer, the implementation team leading and guiding junior staff to build internal capability. Additional off scope activities documented during the engagement included discovery and development of new process flows to smooth everyday implementation tasks and improve end user ease of use.
