Operational ownership rested with HR leadership and HR Generalists who used the ATS as part of a multi system HR stack to manage recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and reporting functions. Governance and rollout included development of an HR Policy and Procedure Manual, a Supervisor’s HR Manual, an HRIS Employee Change Payroll Manual, and step by step How To task processes to standardize workflows and ensure regulatory compliance. The Human Resources Manager led planning, design, and phased rollout efforts to embed the ATS into daily HR operations and to achieve more efficient and effective HR processes.
