Microsoft Legacy Microsoft 365 Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2016 2016
In 2016, Bravo Target Safety deployed Microsoft 365 to establish a unified Collaboration platform across the organization. The deployment targeted a 600-employee Canadian professional services firm, using Microsoft 365 to centralize email, document collaboration, and team communications across corporate and field-facing functions. The Microsoft 365 implementation included standard collaboration components such as Exchange Online for enterprise email, SharePoint Online for intranet and document libraries, OneDrive for user file sync and storage, Microsoft Teams for persistent chat and meetings, and Microsoft Office client and online productivity applications. Configuration work focused on provisioning user mailboxes, SharePoint site collections, Teams tenant settings, and OneDrive storage quotas consistent with Collaboration use patterns. Architecturally the rollout reflected a cloud-hosted Microsoft 365 tenant model with cloud identity and access control services used for account provisioning and authentication. Public site artifacts indicate Microsoft 365 presence on the Bravo Target Safety website, and the deployment aligned with cloud-first collaboration architecture typical for the Microsoft vendor ecosystem. Operational coverage was organization wide, supporting core business functions that require collaboration and document management. Governance emphasized centralized tenant administration, role based access controls, information architecture for SharePoint, and administrative policies to standardize collaboration workflows and content lifecycle across departments.

Geotab Legacy MyGeotab Fleet Management SCM n/a 2016 2016
In 2016 Bravo Target Safety implemented MyGeotab to establish centralized Fleet Management across its Alberta operations. The deployment covered the Red Deer County branch and five additional branches in Alberta, and was applied to pickups, three quarter and one ton trucks with medic toppers, air trailers, articulating mobile platforms, shower trailers and trucks, Peterbilt chassis fire trucks with Patriot generators, and other equipment used by the business. Operationally the system was managed by a Fleet Coordinator and mechanic based in Red Deer, who maintained maintenance records through the Geotab interface and an internal server method. The implementation used MyGeotab telematics for asset tracking, maintenance logging and scheduling, and those maintenance records informed parts procurement activities where parts were purchased through vendors and purchase orders were issued. Users reported to the Branch Manager and General Manager, establishing branch level governance for maintenance approvals and record stewardship. The Bravo Target Safety MyGeotab Fleet Management implementation functioned as the central repository for vehicle and equipment maintenance across branches and supported cross department operational activity. The system architecture combined cloud telemetry via the Geotab interface with local record storage on an internal server, aligning fleet operations, procurement workflows and branch reporting from July 2016 to March 2021.
