In 2013, Bray International implemented ADP Enterprise eTIME (OEM Kronos Workforce Central) to deliver Time and Attendance capabilities across its U.S. operations. The deployment was part of a broader HR technology program that included ADP V.10 Workforce Now and the ADP Workforce Now online self service benefits portal, supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits oversight for a multi state, multi location manufacturing and sales organization of approximately 600 U.S. employees.
ADP Enterprise eTIME (OEM Kronos Workforce Central) was configured as the companys electronic timekeeping system, aligned with ADP V.10 Workforce Now for payroll processing and with Workforce Now for self service benefits enrollment. Functional capabilities implemented included electronic clocking and timecard management, online benefits enrollment with electronic carrier feeds, and employee self service for pay and benefits. The program also standardized payroll processing by converting from a semi monthly frequency to a bi weekly frequency and removed paper paychecks by implementing ADP Aline payroll debit cards and direct deposit only options.
Operational integrations and partnerships supported the rollout, including electronic carrier feeds to benefit carriers, coordination with third party administrators and the companys brokerage firm, and collaboration with HSE and legal counsel for compliance workflows. The HR organization worked closely with Recruiting to embed onboarding and hiring compliance into time and attendance and benefits workflows, and the systems were deployed to cover U.S. divisions and multi site operations under centralized HR and payroll governance.
Governance changes accompanied the technical implementation, with HR serving as the business partner to management for policy creation, compliance training, and employee communications. The program delivered several explicit operational outcomes, including migration of HR policies from paper to online with electronic acknowledgements, implementation of online compliance training for harassment and workplace violence, introduction of Health Savings Accounts, an updated multi state employee handbook produced with outside counsel, and elimination of paper paychecks. These changes were coordinated through HR led rollout activities and corporate communications to ensure compliance with DOL, ACA, ADA, FMLA, and multi state employment requirements.

In 2017, Bray International implemented Microsoft Power BI as its Analytics and BI platform to create dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and Excel PowerPivot. The initiative focused on operational reporting and interactive dashboarding to surface manufacturing and corporate performance metrics for business stakeholders.
The implementation centered on building data models and measures in Excel PowerPivot which were surfaced into Microsoft Power BI for visualization and ad hoc exploration. Functional capabilities included authored reports, interactive dashboards, a common semantic model for reuse, and scheduled dataset refresh to keep reports current.
Operationally the deployment used Excel PowerPivot workbooks as the primary modeling layer, with Power BI reports published to a shared workspace to provide controlled distribution of dashboards and reports. Access control and role oriented views were applied to published reports to align visibility with business roles.
Governance emphasized a centralized report catalog, standardized data model naming and measure definitions, and a process for authoring versus published report maintenance to reduce duplication. The workstreams targeted reporting across finance and operational stakeholders, with Microsoft Power BI serving as the primary Analytics and BI tool for self service and managed reporting.
