The deployment centers on ServiceNow Safe Workplace Suite capabilities for managing return to work processes and employee health attestations across HR, facilities, and occupational health functions.
Implementation included the ServiceNow Health and Safety Testing application to streamline test requests, employee-submitted test results, and clearance workflows. The bank configured employee-facing intake for testing preferences including test type, preferred date and location, with administrator coordination for scheduling and clearance states to gate workplace access. The Now Mobile Safe Workplace experience was enabled to provide mobile health screenings, surveys, visit reservations, PPE requests and scheduling from employee devices.
Bremer Bank’s rollout leveraged the Safe Workplace integration with Zebra MotionWorks Proximity to enhance contact tracing, ingest proximity event data and upload device spreadsheets for supervisor review. Devices can audibly alert when social distancing is not maintained and proximity events exceeding five minutes are recorded and surfaced on dashboards to feed automated contact trace reports.
