Devices can audibly alert when social distancing is not maintained and proximity events exceeding five minutes are recorded and surfaced on dashboards to feed automated contact trace reports. Operational coverage focused on frontline and on-site employees returning to branches and corporate office locations. Governance was configured with role based dashboards and workflow controls so administrators and supervisors could coordinate testing availability, manage clearance decisions and execute contact trace workflows. ServiceNow’s bi-monthly Safe Workplace release cadence provided incremental feature updates through 2020, and Bremer Bank was listed among nearly 800 organizations that downloaded Safe Workplace apps, indicating a coordinated rollout across HR and facilities teams.
