The program integrated Microsoft modern workplace capabilities and Power BI with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations to provide unified analytics and operational visibility, improving coordination across supply chain, finance and sales processes. Operational coverage focused on supply chain transparency, regional sales operations and finance controls, and the rollout was executed during a high retail season to preserve continuity of business operations. Avanade served as the systems integrator for one of the first agile implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, instituting agile sprints, a minimal viable product approach, iterative releases and structured change management to drive adoption. The deployment enabled Breville to spin up new markets 80% faster, reduce IT support overhead, and establish a scalable ERP Financial platform intended to support faster product and service additions and help achieve double digit growth.
