System and overall integration work was coordinated across technology streams within Brighthouse Financial, concentrating on end to end financial workflows, batch and real time interfaces, and environment cutover sequencing. Operational coverage centered on the corporate finance organization, with configuration to support accounting, collections and financial planning functions consistent with an ERP Financial deployment.
Governance and deployment were led by a Senior SAP Cutover Manager and Technology Lead from the Ernst & Young team, accountable for cutover and deployment orchestration, environment provisioning, cutover sequencing, and cross‑stream integration coordination.
