In 2015, Brooks Macdonald implemented Wealth Dynamix CRM as a front-office client relationship platform to support its wealth management business. Test automation and regression cycles were executed using Tosca, SQL Server and PowerShell, and the engagement included automation sprint management and hands-on execution of data migration validation. Integrations and operational coverage extended beyond the CRM to back-office and market infrastructure components, with testing and coordination involving investment managers, client administrators, fees processing, stock reconciliation and other back-office functional areas. The program also managed CREST-related changes with Figaro and coordinated Microsoft Dynamics (WDX) changes and Figaro patch release testing alongside Wealth Dynamix CRM activities. Governance and rollout activity included managing the user acceptance test phase for the MiFID II program, coordinating business acceptance testing across multiple specialist teams, and enforcing structured automation and regression test cycles. Delivery responsibilities included single-handed execution of data migration tasks and leading cross-functional UAT coordination to align business acceptance with technical verification.
