Oracle Legacy Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP Financial ERP n/a 2018 2018
In 2018, Bureau Veritas Malaysia implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as its ERP Financial system. The deployment centralized core finance operations across the company finance organization covering three legal entities, headquarters and nine branches. Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne was configured to support core modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger, with operational workflows for invoice posting, receipt entry, bank reconciliation, intercompany netting and month end closing. Functional capabilities documented in the implementation include supplier invoice processing for three companies at about 400 invoices per month, monthly bank reconciliation across four banks for payables and five banks for receipts, petty cash management for nine branches, cash advance reconciliation, expense accruals and journal creation for GL control. The environment integrated JD Edwards with OMS 3.0 and Flex components used for intercompany recharge invoicing, and operational processes supported monthly intercompany netting and AR integrity and revaluation closings. The project included data migration into Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and handling of external audit processes for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as part of operational readiness. Governance and process changes were embedded in finance operations, including branch training on JD Edwards, procedures for PO receiving and PO account code monitoring, reconciliation disciplines to ensure TB and P and L balance at month end, and defined routines for clearing unapplied cash and managing credit note analysis. Day to day administrative and operational tasks such as preparing cheques for withholding tax, managing courier workflows and registering new clients in the system were operationalized within the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP Financial deployment.

Oracle Legacy Oracle Siebel CRM CRM n/a 2017 2017
In 2017 Bureau Veritas Malaysia implemented Oracle Siebel CRM to support customer and operational workflows across its Malaysia site and to interface with Bureau Veritas Group users worldwide. Oracle Siebel was configured to enforce creation processes for contracts, client records, scheduling entries, resource allocations, and invoicing transactions, supporting standard CRM workflows and operational data validation. Support and resolution processes were organized around a Level 2 Siebel Helpdesk analyst function that communicated with users across the Bureau Veritas Group, analyzed incidents, and performed testing prior to delivering fixes. Governance and operational control centered on enforced process adherence for record creation and a testing and escalation discipline, analysts validated solutions before handover and coordinated with other teams to resolve cross system issues. The implementation narrative reflects an operational CRM deployment with structured support, inter-application integration, and defined workflow controls for customer, contract, scheduling, resource, and invoicing functions.
