Operational coverage included HR, talent acquisition, and people manager workflows across corporate and field operations.
Governance was led by Burnco s Information Systems management team, which maintained vendor relationships and a managed services approach for ongoing sustainment. Change control and centralized HR data governance processes were established to manage configuration updates and access, with phased workstreams aligning HR business processes and technical cutover. Operational coverage extended across store operations, merchandising, e-commerce enablement, logistics planning and procurement, with the system supporting inventory audits and long-range purchasing plans. The team modernized procurement procedures, maintained inventory levels through ongoing analysis of sales history and upcoming projects, and provided structured reporting and work strategies to store managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Explicit outcomes recorded during the period included increased profitability, multi-million dollar reductions in inventory on hand through refined logistics and product assortment, and an e-commerce site that within a year outperformed many physical retail locations in revenue.
