The implementation emphasized structured workflows for invoice review and approval, supplier invoice record maintenance, and automated posting of payable entries to the corporate accounting systems.
Integrations were explicitly implemented between SAP Concur Invoice and BuzzFeed’s downstream finance systems, with invoice and vendor data exchanged with NetSuite and Workday and legal spend alignment with SimpleLegal.
