The deployment covered Calimax operations of 100 stores and two major distribution centers in Tijuana and San Diego, supporting a retail assortment of more than 20,000 operational items, with approximately 10 percent imported items and a workforce exceeding 6,000 employees.
The Blue Yonder Advanced Store Replenishment implementation was configured to embody core Inventory Management capabilities including demand standardization, store level replenishment, SKU level replenishment order generation, safety stock planning and allocation logic. The system was aligned to enable profitable consumer promise decisioning and to balance short term service objectives with long term financial targets, reflecting supply chain planning workflows typical of advanced replenishment platforms.
Operationally the solution was integrated into Calimax distribution center workflows and store ordering processes to increase channel visibility across the organization, with the two DCs serving as strategic planning hubs that can accommodate future store growth. Integration focused on linking replenishment outputs to distribution execution and store inventory flows rather than on point solutions, sustaining coordinated inventory policies across channels and sites.

The implementation emphasized process standardization, planning governance and configuration of replenishment rules to support scalable expansion while leveraging the advanced capabilities of Blue Yonder Advanced Store Replenishment for ongoing inventory orchestration.
