SAP Concur Expense was deployed as a cloud Expense Management platform configured for expense capture, mobile receipt submission, policy based approval workflows, automated expense report creation and centralized audit controls. Configuration work focused on consistent corporate policy enforcement, multi currency handling, expense category standardization and a role based approval matrix to support global professional services operations.
Operational coverage targeted finance, procurement and local business units across the 45 country footprint, with the implementation designed to centralize expense data for corporate reporting. Integrations were planned to interface with corporate finance systems and card feeds to streamline transactional flows and maintain a single source of expense truth.
Governance and rollout were structured under purchasing and procurement leadership, with centralized policy configuration, phased country rollouts and accompanying training and change management to embed the new workflows.
