The full application name Clover POS is used during sales and onboarding conversations to align equipment selection with merchant transaction volumes and acceptance needs. Operational integration emphasized merchant onboarding and account provisioning tied to the bank referral process, creating a linear workflow from initial bank introduction through equipment selection and live payment processing. The scope of the rollout was sales driven and focused on merchant acquisition, onboarding, and first day transaction readiness, with coverage concentrated in the bank channel and on-site merchant locations. Governance and rollout followed a sales-led model, with merchant services consultants responsible for statement analysis, equipment recommendation, and provisioning decisions, and bank channel coordinators managing referrals and introductions.
