Integrations connected Oracle Financials Accounting Hub to Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Order Management, Accounts Receivable and Inventory to surface transactional data for accounting purposes. Integration patterns included inbound and outbound ETL mappings, data schema alignment, REST and SOAP API interfaces, and SQL based transformations aligned to the companys cloud integration architecture and PaaS oriented tool suites. Delivery and governance followed agile product team practices, with senior engineers leading requirements definition, design, configuration, testing and peer review for all Oracle SCM related developments. The program incorporated structured user and system testing, root cause troubleshooting workflows, and configuration stabilization to support finance, accounting and order to cash operating teams. Operational ownership resided with finance, accounting and operations stakeholders, while engineering teams built API designs, data migration scripts, unit tests and reusable integration components to sustain the environment. CarMax Oracle Financials Accounting Hub integrated ERP Financial capabilities into core business functions and established ongoing governance for configuration and integration management.

Implementation work included configuration and ongoing maintenance of core Workforce Central components, specifically Attendance and Leave modules, Record Manager, accrual engines for PTO, vacation and sick, and Timekeeper based timekeeping. Project activities documented in project artifacts show maintenance of pay rules, pay codes, work rules, wage profiles, labor levels, schedules and shifts, and schedule and forecasting configurations consistent with an enterprise time and attendance deployment. The solution was integrated with payroll and HR data pathways using Workforce Connect and WIM interfaces, with WIM 7.0 leveraged to build inbound employee data feeds and outbound payroll hours and wage exports. Device management and clock upgrades were part of the technical scope, including Kronos 4500 time clock upgrades and Workforce Device Manager support, and the team executed interface development using extensive calculations and database queries to reconcile time and payroll records. Governance and rollout activities emphasized test and change control disciplines, including configuration to parallel test cycles, QA testing on upgrades, and phased addition of a consumer division. Requirements management and stakeholder engagement were formalized via BRD, FRD and RTM artifacts, JAD sessions, and diagrammatic process specifications such as activity, sequence and ER diagrams, while approval history and security mapping were implemented through custom OAF form user org mapping and a security matrix.
