In 2006 Central Desktop implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to establish a centralized financial management capability. Oracle NetSuite ERP was adopted as the companys ERP Financial platform to consolidate core accounting, billing, and reporting workflows for a 90 person media business.
The implementation focused on standard ERP Financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and financial reporting, configured to create a single source of truth for month end close and statutory reporting. Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured with role based access and structured chart of accounts to support standard accounting controls and recurring close processes.
Deployment was executed on Oracles cloud hosted NetSuite environment, positioning the application as the primary system of record for finance and accounting operations. Operational coverage included finance, accounting, billing and procurement functions, with the system enabling transactional processing, invoice lifecycle management and centralized financial reporting.
