The delivery connected Fiserv Cleartouch Bank Platform to the bank's Cognos BI and Crystal Reporting layers, and to an Access database used for sales incentive automation, enabling Retail team segmentation and retention analytics to continue under the new core. Operational governance established a business intelligence function from scratch, including mentoring of junior analysts and formalized processes for ad-hoc reporting and ongoing analytics support. The rollout required workflow and process adjustments across retail, marketing, compliance, and BI teams to operationalize the MCIF Marketing tool Raddon Integrator and Verafin AML within the bank's core processing and reporting landscape.
