The solution served as the source of record for accounts payable in the JDE accounting system and interfaced with related operating systems and procurement processes to support monthly external payable forecasting and working capital activities.
Governance and process restructuring centered on centralized AP oversight, month end and quarterly close controls, reconciliation ownership, and regulatory compliance workflows. AP leadership maintained accountability for controls and audits, led resolution of AP subledger reconciling items, and kept the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Accounts Payable implementation aligned with ongoing system projects that affect accounts payable.
