Governance and rollout were led by the Director of Enterprise Applications, with operational oversight provided by an Enterprise Application Manager, Data Engineers, EDI, Integration and System Analysts. Planning, architecture, design, implementation, deployment and ongoing upgrades were part of the director’s remit as the organization advanced systems modernization and centralized application support.
