The deployment used Oracle Field Service Cloud as a cloud-hosted service and incorporated Field Service CX best practices for configuration, rules-based orchestration and operational handover. Governance changes included formalized scheduling rules, SLA enforcement policies and operational workflows to support technician onboarding and day-to-day dispatch governance. Rollout was executed across Chorus field operations within New Zealand, with change management centered on aligning dispatch policies and mobile workflows to existing operational processes.
