In 2022 Church & Dwight deployed RadiusOne AR Suite to centralize AR Automation for its accounts receivable and credit operations, establishing a single source of truth for deductions management. The RadiusOne AR Suite implementation is described as focused on securing visibility across deductions workflows to reduce revenue leakage and improve resolution throughput.
The deployment leveraged core RadiusOne AR Suite capabilities including auto-identification of deductions, auto-coding at source with reported 100 percent of deductions coded at source, and automated aggregation and linking of backup documents such as proofs of delivery and bills of lading. Functional workflows were configured to consolidate supporting documents from multiple intake channels, enabling end-to-end visibility and timely research and resolution of deduction items.
Integrations were implemented to ingest backup and dispute artifacts from emails, customer portals, and third party material sources called TPM, enabling automated linkage and case creation within the RadiusOne AR Suite environment. Operational scope included accounts receivable and credit analysts, with the organization reporting a 30 percent reduction in analyst time spent on deductions and an 85 percent decrease in unidentified deductions, and $500 million in deductions resolved as part of the program.
Governance and process changes centered on centralized deductions management and standardized resolution workflows, using RadiusOne AR Suite as the authoritative ledger for deduction cases. The configuration emphasized automated coding and document aggregation to reduce manual research, and the vendor solution was credited with providing the visibility required for efficient A/R operations.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday Absence Management | Absence and Leave Management | HCM | n/a | 2018 | 2019 |
In 2018, Church & Dwight implemented Workday Absence Management as part of a coordinated Workday HR suite deployment. Workday Absence Management was deployed alongside Workday Core HCM and adjacent HR modules to provide a unified Absence and Leave Management capability for approximately 5000 global employees managed from the Ewing, NJ HR technology organization.
The implementation configured core absence plans, accrual and eligibility rules, manager and employee self-service workflows, automated approval routing, and absence reporting and audit trails. Workday Absence Management was instrumented to support standard functional workflows for leave requests, time off balances, absence calendar visibility, and administrative case management, with configuration focused on compliance and reduce manual reconciliation.
Integration work centered on linking absence records to Workday Core HCM for employee master data, to benefits and compensation modules for leave-related benefit entitlements, and to US Payroll for absence-related pay handling. The program maintained an inventory of integrations and processes that contain personal and personally identifiable information to support GDPR and other local privacy requirements, and the absence implementation was managed as a cross-functional effort with HR, IT, Legal and Finance stakeholders.
Governance was formalized through centralized HRIS ownership, internal HRIS analysts for production support, and managed service partners and consultants for implementation and ongoing support. Church & Dwight applied global data standards, system security and access controls, and retention and privacy controls to align Workday Absence Management with organizational compliance and HR transaction processes.

In 2015, Church & Dwight implemented Microsoft Power BI as part of a global data warehouse initiative. The deployment established an enterprise Analytics and BI platform that blended SAP Data Services, MS SQL and Microsoft Power BI technologies to centralize reporting and analytical models.
The architecture used SAP Data Services for extract transform and load processing, MS SQL as the staging and enterprise data warehouse store, and Microsoft Power BI for semantic model authoring, interactive dashboards and scheduled report distribution. Implemented components included data modeling, ETL orchestration, published datasets, access assignments and report publishing workflows to support governance and repeatable refresh cycles.
Operational coverage targeted global data consolidation and enterprise reporting across Church & Dwight, with the Microsoft Power BI implementation serving as the primary Analytics and BI presentation layer. Governance workstreams established data modeling standards, access controls and a centralized catalog of published reports to manage report lifecycle and reduce report proliferation.
