Integrations focused on consolidating multiple data sources into Microsoft Dynamics GP, with direct supervision to ensure accounting data integrity during and after migration. Operational coverage included Corporate Accounting and Accounts Operations and extended to consolidated reporting for company subsidiaries, with continuous information exchange between executives, Finance and IT to support month end close activities. Governance and process changes were operationalized through a designated project lead who directed staff actions for the monthly accounting close and established a new month end close cadence. The project lead created, analyzed and reviewed monthly financials for the consolidated company and subsidiaries, led monthly review sessions with executives and general managers to align operational and financial understanding, and performed additional analysis related to company asset securitizations.
