Navigator was assessed alongside GTAS through FRD and BRD reviews to identify enhancement requirements and acceptance criteria. Governance centered on formal FRD and BRD assessment cycles, UAT testing and stakeholder presentations with participant dealers, fund managers and registrars, and on operational handover to TA operations teams in Hong Kong. Routine activities included maintaining ETF order logs, responding to client enquiries, producing reports, and monitoring order flows through the integrated systems.
