Implementation activities included configuration of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting and procurement workflows, alongside Enwisen capabilities for workforce and HR case management, and reporting and workflow automation aligned to public sector requirements.
Operational integration focused on linking HR, financial and supply chain data to support citywide decision making and service delivery to approximately 211,000 residents. The deployment covered finance, human resources, procurement and inventory functions across city departments, unifying transactional processing and consolidating financial reporting into the Infor Lawson environment.
Ciber served as the implementation partner, bringing ERP process improvement and change management expertise and collaborating with the City of Boise disciplined project team. Governance emphasized structured project oversight, change management, and defined go-live milestones to coordinate cutover and maintain operational continuity during rollout.
