The deployment covered finance, human resources, procurement and inventory functions across city departments, unifying transactional processing and consolidating financial reporting into the Infor Lawson environment. Ciber served as the implementation partner, bringing ERP process improvement and change management expertise and collaborating with the City of Boise disciplined project team. Governance emphasized structured project oversight, change management, and defined go-live milestones to coordinate cutover and maintain operational continuity during rollout. The City of Boise reported improved operational efficiencies and enhanced decision making citywide, and documented projected savings of 3.8 million dollars over 10 years as a result of the Infor Lawson based ERP Financial implementation.
