SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was configured to support Billing and Property Tax processing alongside CRM-led customer service workflows and reporting.
Implementation activities included planning the SAP landscape, in-house infrastructure setup and targeted upgrades, and coordinating onsite and offshore project resources while managing vendor and internal IT and business stakeholders for project deliverables. A core data migration workstream moved Billing and Property Tax data from the CIS Billing application into the SAP environment and provisioned SAP BOBJ/HANA for enterprise reporting and analytics.
Program governance emphasized change management, training, go live and cutover planning, post implementation Hyper Care and formal transition to an application management support team.
