A core data migration workstream moved Billing and Property Tax data from the CIS Billing application into the SAP environment and provisioned SAP BOBJ/HANA for enterprise reporting and analytics. Program governance emphasized change management, training, go live and cutover planning, post implementation Hyper Care and formal transition to an application management support team. PrecisionERP managed integration of vendor(s), internal IT and business resources to operationalize SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and the associated SAP CR&B modules across municipal billing and customer service functions.
