In 2006 the City of London, Ontario implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. The deployment is identified as ERP Financial and is based on JD Edwards foundation version 9.0 and 9.1 as the core enterprise application. Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is delivered as a web based application running on WebLogic application servers for the primary user population, approximately 400 corporate users. The ITS development and customization team uses a Visual Studio C++ thick client for development and extension work, and the solution stores transactional and master data in an Oracle Database running Oracle 11g. The implementation supports standard ERP Financial capabilities typical of an enterprise resource planning finance suite, including general ledger processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement workflows, fixed asset management, and financial reporting, while enabling customizations through the ITS development client. Operational ownership resides with municipal finance and ITS teams, with ITS responsible for application administration, database operations, and development of customizations using the VS C++ client. Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is presented as an integrated applications suite owned by Oracle, combining standards based technology and industry specific configuration to support the City of London financial and operational workflows.

In 2015 the City of London, Ontario implemented the AMANDA Case Management Platform as part of an enterprise evaluation of municipal IT assets. The Enterprise Architecture assessment cataloged critical production systems and positioned the AMANDA Case Management Platform within the broader municipal application estate, identifying its role in municipal case handling and administrative workflows, labeled under the Case Management category. The assessment documented core Case Management capabilities expected from AMANDA, including case intake and triage, configurable workflow orchestration, records and document management, role based access controls, and reporting and analytics.
