In 2018, CityFibre implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as their ERP Financial platform to consolidate finance and project accounting for large city builds and ongoing commercial operations. The implementation targeted core finance and compliance requirements including Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procurement spanning Source to Pay and Procure to Pay, Procure to Contract, HR, Tax, Audit and other compliance workflows, and included specialist configuration to address IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 requirements.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was personalized and customized to meet documented business and user requirements, with an agile approach to end-to-end process mapping and iterative configuration. The program emphasized embedding industry standards and leading practice process design across modules, and applied modular ERP Financial architecture principles to align finance, procurement and project accounting capabilities.
Operational scope covered management of end-to-end construction processes and procurement for city builds and large projects, with finance, procurement, project management, HR, tax and audit identified as primary business functions impacted. Procurement capabilities were configured to support S2P and P2P lifecycles and P2C contract orchestration for multi-site project procurement while maintaining project cost and revenue recognition workflows.
Governance and rollout used an agile change management model focused on process mapping, user acceptance, and governance structures to enforce standardized workflows across multiple locations. Controls and compliance design were implemented to support auditability and statutory reporting requirements tied to the ERP Financial platform.

| Go1 | Legacy | Go1 Content Hub | Learning and Development | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020 CityFibre implemented Go1 Content Hub to support its Learning and Development agenda as the company scaled its workforce. The decision addressed an immediate operational need to move from largely ad hoc, face to face and externally managed training to a centralized digital content strategy that could be administered by a small internal L&D team.
CityFibre configured Go1 Content Hub as a single supplier aggregator, leveraging the vendor library to curate learning pathways and map courses to skills across departments. The implementation emphasized content curation, course mapping to role-specific skills, and reusable onboarding pathways, with the Go1 Content Hub serving as the primary content repository and curation engine for the L&D team.
The deployment included an explicit integration with the Absorb Learning Management System to create a repository of Go1 courses inside the LMS and to enable enrolment and completion tracking. Operational coverage targeted diverse groups from site based engineers to office legal teams, and was scaled to serve the organisation’s roughly 750 people, with content delivered by email and made available on demand to accelerate access.
Governance and rollout were supported by the Go1 Customer Success team through a six month plan that guided course mapping, stakeholder engagement, and phased adoption. The project prioritized manager buy in, alignment with company initiatives such as Mental Health Week, and centralised content management to reduce supplier complexity and control costs, with reported strong adoption and improved visibility into learner progress and compliance through Go1 Content Hub reporting.

| Deepomatic | Legacy | Deepomatic | Computer Vision | AI-Powered Application | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022, CityFibre partnered with Deepomatic to deploy visual automation across its full-fibre build and maintenance operations. The Deepomatic implementation leverages Computer Vision to validate on-site work and to generate searchable photo documentation for network records.
The deployment focused on image recognition driven inspection workflows, enabling capture, automated tagging, and validation of installation and repair tasks. Deepomatic was configured to support field inspection checklists and automated decisioning to flag incomplete or nonconforming work, aligning with standard field quality control and inspection processes.
The rollout was nationwide with a region-by-region deployment model across network construction and field operations, embedding photographic evidence into network asset records. Operational coverage included build crews and maintenance engineers, with photo archives made machine-searchable to support record retrieval and auditability.
Governance and process changes accompanied the technical deployment, incorporating Deepomatic validation into engineer handover and quality assurance workflows to reduce repeat site visits. Reported outcomes from the deployment included improved Right First Time performance and fewer repeat engineer visits, while creating centralized, searchable photo documentation for CityFibre network records.
