AeonX Digital Solutions led the implementation and provides ongoing SAP managed services, and the project included an SAP S/4HANA cloud migration to move core financial processing onto SAP cloud infrastructure. The technical architecture combined cloud hosted SAP S/4 HANA with interfaces to hospital administrative systems such as billing, procurement and payroll to enable end to end financial workflows and transactional reconciliation. Governance was established with CIO and finance leadership oversight, a phased rollout approach and managed services to support operational handover and change management. CK Birla Hospitals CIO Mitali Biswas reported that SAP managed services and the SAP S/4HANA cloud migration were simple to implement, calling the results a game changer and recommending AeonX Digital Solutions as a top provider.

Governance changes focused on formalizing approval flows and attendance reconciliation processes, and the deployment was configured to align PeopleStrong Leave and Attendance to hospital payroll and HR operational rhythms without introducing additional third party implementation partners.
