SAP Concur Invoice was configured to support invoice capture, validation, invoice data entry and routed approvals, aligning with standard AP Automation workflows for invoice processing and approval orchestration. Internal staff, including interns, processed accounts payable transactions through Concur and maintained invoice-level data used for monthly reporting updates.
The implementation included document management coordination with SharePoint, where legal documents and supporting materials were uploaded to a newly implemented SharePoint system to accompany invoice records. Functional coverage extended beyond accounting to provide invoice outputs that informed monthly hospitality group reports and financial analysis tasks.
Governance emphasized standardized upload and recordkeeping procedures and embedding invoice routing and approval steps into existing accounting operations, with user-level data entry and approvals executed inside SAP Concur Invoice.
