In 2018, Class Ltd implemented Oracle NetSuite OneWorld as its ERP Financial system for the group, deploying a OneWorld environment to unify financial processes across the ASX listed business. The implementation targeted the company accounting and finance footprint, with a focus on group reporting, departmental expense allocation, and product level cost tracking.
Within Oracle NetSuite OneWorld the configuration work included activation and configuration of Fixed Asset and Project modules to support capital recording and project accounting, use of Dynamic and Fixed allocation features to distribute expenses between departments and products, and the creation of amortisation schedules for prepaid expenses and depreciation. Functional build work produced customized reports for each department head, dashboards for end users, saved searches and workflow definitions, and a SuiteScript workflow to automate controls and approval routing.
Operational tasks included data mapping and migration of prior years data into the OneWorld instance, parallel user acceptance testing to validate finance data and reporting, and troubleshooting of imports using Suite Help and Suite Answers. The rollout covered the accounts team and finance stakeholders, with parallel training on navigation, customization, report creation and data import processes to accelerate adoption and handover.
Governance and process changes were documented and embedded as part of the rollout, including a documented purchase dual approval process and a development worksheet procedure, plus formal process and procedure documentation for finance operations. Outcomes explicitly recorded by the project team included Phase 1 completion in 3 weeks against a 6 week budgeted plan, and development of a SuiteScript workflow that automated targeted processes.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft SharePoint | Enterprise Content Management | Content Management | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Class Ltd implemented Microsoft SharePoint as its Enterprise Content Management platform. The deployment focused on centralizing staff and asset documents used by the IT helpdesk and HR related workflows in Sydney, and Microsoft SharePoint served as the primary repository for operational content and configuration items. The implementation was positioned to support day to day IT support activities and documentation custody rather than as a public facing system.
Configuration work emphasized structured document libraries, metadata schemas for asset classification, versioning and permissioning, and document state workflows aligned to employee onboarding and departing processes. Microsoft SharePoint content ownership was organized by departmental sites and document libraries so IT could maintain staff and asset records alongside routine ticket handling. The project leveraged standard Enterprise Content Management capabilities such as role based access controls and lifecycle versioning to keep operational documents current.
Operational integrations and governance tied SharePoint access control to Active Directory for account and permission management, while IT support tickets continued to flow through JIRA and process documentation was maintained in Confluence. SCCM imaging and device provisioning were part of the surrounding IT operations, with the IT helpdesk in Sydney responsible for maintaining SharePoint asset records as part of onboarding and offboarding workflows. Governance combined IT maintained documentation in Confluence with SharePoint content stewardship to coordinate HR onboarding, asset management and daily support operations.
