| Kerridge Commercial Systems Limited | Legacy | MAM Software Autopart | Automotive ERP | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2017 | 2017 | In 2017, Co-ordSport implemented MAM Software Autopart from Kerridge Commercial Systems Limited as their Automotive ERP, establishing a centralized record for inventory, sales orders, and purchasing across their distribution business. The deployment supported a multi-site structure covering three UK branches and extended sales hubs in Germany and Holland, aligning the ERP data model with the companys Part Box retail storefront and wholesale channels to manage over one million SKUs across 70 brands. MAM Software Autopart was configured to operate as the transactional backbone for stock, supplier purchase records, and sales order processing, feeding downstream analytic workflows. Co-ordSport layered Phocas Analytics and Phocas CRM on top of MAM Software Autopart to provide consolidated reporting, drillable margin and sales views, automated report scheduling, and CRM-linked customer activity insights, enabling near real time interrogation of stock and margin data from a single interface. Integrations focused on a one way and two way exchange of ERP master and transactional data into Phocas, with cloud-hosted analytics providing mobile access for sales teams visiting customers in Europe. Operational coverage included sales, operations, procurement and marketing, with data flows traced from supplier purchase through suspended stock handling to final sale, supporting account review and supplier reporting across all sites. Governance and process changes centralized reporting ownership, converting repetitive manual report extractions into saved automated reports and email alerts, and embedding CRM-driven visit planning into commercial workflows. Buyer and sales workflows were simplified, replacing 30 minute manual report assemblies with one click access to suspended stock lists and customer account reviews, and enabling scheduled distribution of standardized supplier and customer reports. As a result of consolidating MAM Software Autopart data into Phocas Analytics and CRM, Co-ordSport improved responsiveness to customers and suppliers and automated recurring reporting tasks, strengthening supplier negotiations and enabling onboarding of exclusive brand agreements. The company is preparing to extend the integrated stack with Phocas Financial Statements and budgeting capabilities to further unify financial and operational analytics. |
