In 2011, Coca Cola Embonor implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as its primary ERP Financial platform. Everis served as the system integrator for the project which targeted the companys core financial and transactional processes for the Chile based consumer packaged goods organization with 5780 employees and reported revenue of 1400000000.
The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 implementation focused on central financial management capabilities, including general ledger and accounts modules, cost controlling, accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows, and procurement and inventory management modules consistent with ERP Financial requirements. Configuration work included chart of accounts design, master data consolidation and statutory localization for Chilean financial reporting, with packaged workflows for order to cash and procure to pay processes.
The deployment was integrated into an enterprise IT landscape that included AS400, SQL Server databases and SAP HANA components that administrators operate, with interfacing achieved through standard SAP interface layers and scheduled batch and transactional exchange. Ongoing application administration responsibilities recorded in operational notes show internal teams managing SAP ERP ECC 6.0 alongside AS400 and SQL Server systems to ensure continuity of finance and supply chain operations across Embonor sites in Chile.
Program governance was led by Everis with typical rollout controls such as configuration governance, cutover planning and knowledge transfer to internal administrators. Internal IT administration and system continuity tasks remain a primary operational focus for Coca Cola Embonor, with SAP ERP ECC 6.0 retained as the companys ERP Financial core and administrators responsible for stabilization and day to day operational support.
