Operational structure centered on an internal MOE team managed by the ServiceNow Product Owner and Team Manager, with nine MOE resources recruited and overseen for TMA, studies, projects, and MCO. The team instituted a bi-weekly evaluation of MOE capacity, organized production launches, and defined an instance clone strategy to support development and release activities across the Colas group IT departments.
Governance and rollout were driven by a platform master plan maintained by the Product Owner, who led technological monitoring of new ServiceNow versions, coordinated platform version upgrades, and animated steering committees with the various IT departments. Change management practices included license rationalization for Fulfiller and Approver roles, roadmap definition, and ongoing stakeholder engagement to guarantee business satisfaction and sustain platform adoption.
