Implementation work included iPad configuration and application support, payment terminal setup, and troubleshooting of EMV and networked printer connectivity, reflecting the operational skills documented by the dealer IT technician.
The dealership environment also contains systems explicitly referenced during the implementation and ongoing support, notably CDK and Cenpos Virtual Terminal Payment, which required coordination for transaction workflows and device-level troubleshooting. Remote monitoring and endpoint management were provided through Connectwise LabTech and Google Admin control, enabling centralized oversight of point-of-sale devices and desktops used in payment processing.
