Accounting staff used Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics as the operational interface to perform billing validation, accounts payable and receivable maintenance, bank reconciliations, general ledger upkeep, and invoice preparation for customers including Costco, Home Depot, and Amazon. These day to day activities demonstrate the system s role in handling vendor records, collections, credit note processing, and document filing within the AP Automation scope.
