The NetSuite Administrator role included troubleshooting payment infrastructure issues that combined process gaps and technical defects, driving root cause discovery across application configuration and third party payment interfaces, while maintaining system configurations and data integrity for finance and HR teams. Governance was centralized under the Management of Financial Systems team, which managed change control, release coordination and cross functional process harmonization between finance and HR. Operational coverage included ongoing administration, incident troubleshooting and configuration refinements to support finance and HR functions as the company completed the broader financial systems change effort.
