In 2018, ConnectWise implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as the core ERP Financial system to consolidate its finance and HRIS infrastructure. The Management of Financial Systems team owned the program, with a NetSuite Administrator embedded to support the larger initiative to change out all financial systems in one coordinated project across the company.
The Oracle NetSuite ERP deployment focused on standard ERP Financial functional areas, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and collections workflows, cash management and financial reporting, configured with role based security and automated financial workflows typical of a cloud ERP implementation. Configuration work emphasized transaction flow alignment and operational controls, with explicit administrative responsibility for payment processing and reconciliation processes.
Integrations were concentrated on payment infrastructure and HRIS infrastructure, consistent with the team mandate to support both finance and HRIS systems. The NetSuite Administrator role included troubleshooting payment infrastructure issues that combined process gaps and technical defects, driving root cause discovery across application configuration and third party payment interfaces, while maintaining system configurations and data integrity for finance and HR teams.
Governance was centralized under the Management of Financial Systems team, which managed change control, release coordination and cross functional process harmonization between finance and HR. Operational coverage included ongoing administration, incident troubleshooting and configuration refinements to support finance and HR functions as the company completed the broader financial systems change effort.

In 2024, Connectwise implemented Greenhouse ATS to support Talent Acquisition activities across targeted business functions. The deployment centered on recruitment for Finance and Marketing and established a centralized requisition intake and candidate tracking approach for those departments.
Greenhouse ATS was configured to manage requisition workflows, candidate pipelines, interview orchestration, and recruitment reporting. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner led configuration of sourcing workflows and extensive LinkedIn sourcing processes, and established reporting templates to standardize hiring metrics for hiring managers in Finance and Marketing.
The program included a migration from UKG Pro Recruiting (ex UltiPro Recruiting) to Greenhouse ATS, with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner serving as a transition team member responsible for process handover and system adoption activities. Operational coverage explicitly included Finance and Marketing recruitment and oversight of Talent Acquisition summer interns within the new Applicant Tracking System environment.
Governance and rollout emphasized stakeholder engagement through kick-off meetings and regular updates with hiring managers, a formal reporting cadence for departmental recruitment, and a training program for talent acquisition interns. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner authored and established a Talent Acquisition Department Manual to codify governance, recruiter responsibilities, and standardized workflows within Greenhouse ATS.
